Fill in the details, then Save. Officers can be added here too β just set Category to "Officer" (or untick "Include in Duty PNCO Rotation") and they won't appear in the Duty PNCO Schedule, but they'll still show on Attendance.

Daily Attendance
Pick a date and time. Everyone (Officers, PNCOs, NUP) is listed β type each person's status/remarks directly (e.g. "Leave", "JLC", "BCEC", "Duty PNCO"). Saved automatically per date/time.
Generate Weekly Duty Detail
Pick any date β the week (MonβSun) containing it, plus the following week, will be built automatically from the rotation, skipping anyone on leave.
Custom Duty Detail
For negotiated/swapped duty between personnel. Set who's assigned on which dates, then apply β it replaces the Current/Next Week schedule above immediately.

New Rotation β going forward, the rotation permanently continues from this custom arrangement. This Range Only β applies just to the dates you set here; once those dates pass, the rotation automatically goes back to the old one.
π Swap Duty Assignment
